Returns & Exchanges

At PREGMATE, we want you to feel comfortable and confident in your maternity wear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items. If your fit isn't perfect, we are happy to assist with a seamless return or an exchange for a different size.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with tags attached and securely affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
